How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Goldie Letter Co. ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping options to more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Are your paper products sustainably sourced?
Yes! At Goldie Letter Co., we prioritize the environment. All of our stationery and art prints are printed on FSC-certified recycled paper using eco-friendly inks.
Can I request a custom design or personalization?
We offer personalization on select gold-foiled prints and custom lettersets. Please check the 'Custom' section of our shop or contact us directly for bespoke home office requests.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging your items, but accidents happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours with a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement immediately.
